Delete your Eggzams account

How to request deletion

To delete your Eggzams account and all data associated with it, email us from the address you used to sign up:

rasbeiruti.devs@gmail.com

Please use the subject line "Delete my account" and send the request from your registered email address so we can verify the account. We will process your request and confirm once it is complete.

What gets deleted

When you request account deletion, we permanently remove:

• Your account and login credentials (email)
• Your profile information (such as your display name)
• Your quiz answers and your saved progress across all subjects and topics

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your progress cannot be recovered.

Timing

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them. You will receive a confirmation once your account and data have been deleted.
