Delete your Eggzams account

Delete your account in Eggzams

Account deletion happens instantly from inside the app — no waiting, no email required:

1. Open the Eggzams app and sign in
2. Go to Account
3. Tap Delete account
4. Confirm in the dialog that appears

Your account and all your data are permanently deleted right away. This action cannot be undone.

Can't access the app?

If you're unable to sign in to request deletion yourself, email us from the address you used to sign up:

egg@eggzams.com

Please use the subject line "Delete my account" and send the request from your registered email address so we can verify the account. We aim to process manual requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account and login credentials (email)
• Your profile information (such as your display name)
• Your quiz answers and your saved progress across all subjects and topics

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your progress cannot be recovered.
